So many people have the idea that working with your emotions to improve your life is not fun. That’s is always intense and involves huge cathartic cries to show that you are transforming.
Yes, that can be involved in the process, but the human experience is so vast and subjective that any prescribed experience you will have with your emotions is bogus.
Working with and through emotions can actually be fun, engaging, and satisfying. After all, my goal is to bring you to more joy, smiles, acceptance, and love. How would having a terrible experience working with your emotional life lead you to positive emotions?
And yes, we move through pain and suffering and we also work in a way that does not overwhelm the system. People are calling this “trauma-informed” work. I just call it sensible. I want you to enjoy this work and understand how clarity with your emotions and your relationships gets you to where you want to be in life.
So here’s the “formula.” I use quotations because working with emotions is an art form. You, you human being, are intricately you and your experience is the same. We are creatively using a process that empowers and motivates you by seeing how powerful your emotions are in determining your life. So any formula I have is adaptable to weave through and sow the sutures of your sorrows and experience into an enduringly satisfying and enjoyable life.

The Method:
Hold Space for You/Active Listening: Most people when they are in a conversation with another person are constantly living their experience through the other person. So when the other person is speaking, the listener is filtering their words, tone, posture, and gesture. This naturally happens to a degree, but too much of this means the listener’s experience is circling around the listener’s experience instead of the talker. You. Through my trainings and intense study, I am able to keep the attention on you.
Draw on My Experience: In order to provide you with a professional coaching experience, I draw on my personal and professional life to provide insight into your needs for support. My credentials are on the main page to peruse and what is important here is that I have spent my adult life researching my own ability to move through my own challenges and sufferings as well supported others to do the same. Psychological, emotional, and relational healing have been my main focus and I use ALL my experience to bring you a distilled wisdom and insight that comes through me to address your unique needs.
Mind-Body Work: If you grew up or live in the West, then you are taught the mind and the body are two separate things. This created separation has a historical origin story in Europe in the 17t Century and we are currently working to bring them back together. The reason being that there is no difference between them. When seen as one, you learn how they operate together, bringing their own wisdom, the mind/reason/logic, and the body/emotions/intuition, together to support your moving in the direction you want. Otherwise, I have found them to constantly struggle with each other in ways that prevent ease, flow, and creativity to solve one’s problem.
Parts Work: To support you in developing more clarity about how to improve your emotions to improve your life, I have created a system using Parts Work to support you. Parts Work is realizing that you are vast and multitudinous, meaning you have many different identities within you that are attempting to work together to bring you the love, belonging, accomplishments, and joy you want in this life. However, due to trauma and conditioned patterns, many of these identities, or “Parts,” are in struggle with each other over how to do that. That’s where I come in and we work to understand each “Part,” the feelings and wound they are holding, so that they can be understood, held, accepted, and support you in bringing inner clarity to support your outer dreams.
