Moving you authentically

from where you are

to where you want to be

Crossing the Perilous waters of doubt, overwhelm, and disempowerment to find the land of that Calm, confident, empowered Self.

Hi, I’m Isaac..

Feeling stuck simply sucks.

I was there…for years.

Up against the tides of life, feeling like I was furiously swimming against an incessant and often punishing tide. No support could seem to be found and when any one was, it somehow got devoured in the waves and lost in the drift of the sea.

That was me. Lost in a sea of distraction, unhealthy habits, purposelessness, overwhelm, loneliness, and a host of other internal struggles that was preventing me from building the life I wanted.

I don’t wish the journey I had on anyone because it took sooooo long for me.

But through that struggle, I learned it doesn’t have to be this way. I studied my journey and figured out you don’t have to struggle for years like I did.

Being the CREATOR OF MY LIFE with more choice, possibility, and freedom was closer than I had realized, if only I had listened. But now, they are for you, too.

Integrating western psychology, somatic therapy, and mindfulness, my approach gives you a practical navigational system to accelerate your healing and move you through the “healing stage” you are currently in and into thriving, flourishing, and loving your life.
